I am a Registered Nurse with 8 years of experience, specialising in Medical Intensive Care, with additional experience across a variety of clinical areas.

My nursing career has developed my skills in responsibility, communication, organisation, and providing calm, compassionate care. I hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications, extending beyond standard first aid and CPR training.

During my nursing studies, I worked for The Babysitters Club, caring for children ranging from 4 months through to teenagers. I provided care at family homes, hotels while families were on holiday, and events such as weddings, often for full-day bookings. My responsibilities included super-vising children, supporting their routines, keeping them safe and entertained, and creating a positive and enjoyable environment.

I also regularly help care for my 3-year-old niece and 6-month-old nephew, giving me ongoing experience with both toddlers and infants.

I enjoy engaging children through creative activities, games, reading, outdoor play, and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development. I find working with children especially rewarding because I enjoy building trusting relationships and seeing their personalities and confidence grow.
