Having worked with children in various settings for many years, Amy ensures every parent has peace of mind whilst their children are having fun safely. A multitalented lady, Amy completed her first season last year as a Chalet Host and Nanny; she will be returning to live in the Alps this winter and will be available to nanny in the three Valleys.
Having cared for children last season, Amy is experienced picking children up from ski school, cooking healthy and tasty lunches and provide engaging activities to keep children, with a variety of interests, entertained. Amy ensures all children leave her care happy and well looked after.
Amy has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in London, teaching maths, reading, spelling and grammar. She also has experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder both one-on-one and as part of a group. Amy has also previously worked two summer seasons as an Activity Instructor and Group Leader at children's outdoor activities centre, PGL. Amy is 28 years old and first started working with children age 15 as a Teaching Assistant in a ballet school, and has also delivered projects and workshops for and with children whilst working at a variety of creative organisations throughout her career.
With her love of the mountains, a degree in Dance and her experience of outdoor and school based education, Amy is able to create a welcoming environment for children to explore, learn and most importantly have fun. Amy strives for all families to have an enjoyable holiday and approaches everyday with energy and enthusiasm.
