My name is Charlie, and I am 29-years-old. I have over eight years of experience in childcare across a variety of roles. Some of these roles have included being a live-in nanny/ au pair for a family with four children, being a children’s ski instructor for 3-4 year olds and working as an after school nanny for several families. I have experience taking care of children across all ages and enjoy creating a fun and educational environment to support children at whatever age.

During my time as a live-in nanny my main duty was to take care of a 6-month-old baby which was extremely rewarding and a lot of fun. I loved being able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the baby’s development while also supporting the parents with general house chores.

When looking after older children, I really enjoy keeping them engaged by creating fun and personalised games reflecting their interests, inside and outside and making sure they stay active. I am skilled in creating engaging activities, managing routines, and managing communication with parents.

I am attentive, compassionate and diligent with great communication skills. I have a degree in International Business, a First Aid Certificate and a full drivers license. I have also completed an adaptive ski course to teach children with physical impairments how to ski.

My hobbies are skiing, hiking, reading and cooking.
