I am Kaitlyn, an energetic and caring babysitter from sunny Australia, travelling the world with my partner and exploring new cities along the way. With a background in Primary Teaching and a Bachelor of Education, I have worked with young people full-time for 6 years. Alongside my teaching, I hold certifications in Child Protection, Mental Health, Cultural Appreciation, and Trauma Awareness, so I bring a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to caring for children.

I have spent time working with little ones in various settings, from bustling city schools to the vibrant Australian Outback, so I bring a wide range of activities and creative ideas to keep kids engaged and happy. Whether it is dancing, cooking, painting, or going on little adventures, I love sharing in kids’ curiosity and excitement for the world around them.

You will often find me cracking jokes, sharing funny stories, and encouraging children to explore through play, creativity, and even a few "science experiments" in the kitchen (they are always a hit!). Families I have worked with describe me as caring, supportive, and fun-loving, and I strive to be a positive, enthusiastic role model kids can feel comfortable and safe around.

In my free time, I love staying active through sports, especially touch rugby, where I have had the chance to coach children and run a program for young players in the community. Playing sports with kids is always a highlight for me—whether it is rugby, soccer, or just a fun game of catch, I enjoy helping them build confidence, stay active, and learn teamwork skills in a supportive, playful environment. From celebrating little victories to simply having a blast together, sports are a great way for kids to grow and have fun!

As a Nanny, I enjoy setting up activities that build motor skills, creativity, and confidence. From block-building to arts and crafts, I am all about making our time together memorable and fun. I look forward to the chance to create a joyful, engaging environment for your family!
