Merinannies were great, they helped sort out a nanny for our three young daughters. They were professional and responded promptly even though it was a late request during the busy Easter Holidays. Brits, the nanny that helped us for a week picked the girls up from their various ski schools and took them for lunch or back to the chalet so we could get a few more hours of skiing in the afternoon. We couldn’t be happier with Brits and the service provided by Merinannies.

Annie was fantastic, she was brilliant with the children, always arrived on time, and was good at keeping them entertained! We would definitely use her again.

Isabella was amazing, the girls absolutely loved her and had an amazing afternoon, we couldn’t have asked for more. We would love to use your agency again, as we return to Meribel next April.

We were more than satisfied with Grace, thank you. The children both really enjoyed their time with her and she looked after Freddie as well as Ella (who we had hoped would spend some more time skiing but didn’t in the end) for the majority of our week, coming up with creative ways to keep them entertained and their days varied. She made everything very easy for us and knew the kids were in great hands. Ella even chose to stay in the chalet with Grace on two days, rather than coming out for lunch with me and my husband – quite telling of how happy she was!

Brits was wonderful- she was so friendly, very professional & had a really lovely way with our daughter. She was super helpful in keeping to Dora’s routines; it was such a relief to feel comfortable in leaving Dora in Brit’s care whilst we went out in the mountains during the mornings. We are very grateful- a big thank you for a lovely week.

We were really happy with Julieta. It was the first time we had left our baby with a stranger and it was understandably a little scary especially with a language barrier but Julieta looked after him so well we had no worries and could tell how much she cared for him even after the first day- we booked more sessions as we felt so comfortable and was able to enjoy all aspects of our holiday thanks to her. Baby was happy and content after each visit- thank you!

Charlotte was a great & responsible nanny, she arrived prepared with activities and seemed very confident with the task of taking care of my 3 boys under 7 years for a full day. She kept in contact regularly with photos which I love and the kids had a good time.

I would recommend Oli to anybody. She was lovely. She knew where the best place to sledge with the children. Suggest the arcades which my kids loved. She was prompt, considerate and tidy. Great nanny. Thank you Merinannies.

I just want to say thank you to Ems our nanny from last week in Meribel. She was excellent with our little girl and made us feel so at ease.

Sophie is a super professional and we were very happy to have her. Our son was calm and happy with Sophie and never cried. I was confident to leave the baby with her from the first moment, nevertheless this was our baby’s first nanny since birth.

Jess was great, super high energy and immediately engaging with kids at the right level. They loved her from the get-go and we had zero issue leaving even our youngest with her early on (ie nobody crying when we exited the room). She was well-organised, always on time, taking kids wherever they needed to be, thinking about activities for them even if it meant more work for her (eg taking them to trampoline park, sledding, etc).the winter service to us had a much more complex logistics element to it and Jess rose up to the challenge.

We loved Bella, she was wonderful with Aidan and he loved being with her. She did lots of lovely things with him and kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout the day which we really enjoyed and appreciated receiving. Having Bella with us made everything more enjoyable and we knew Aidan was in great hands. Thank you again for bringing us Bella, your company provides a great service 😊

I wanted to drop you a message regarding our fabulous experience with G. Not only our son loved her, we all did. She was the absolute best, always with an amazing attitude. She was so kind and nice with him!! He usually has a hard time eating and G with her magic tricks helped us to make him eat like a wolf haha. She made our stay in Meribel so special, as we couldn’t have left our little one in better hands! Thank you so much!

Bella was fantastic. Reliable, easy going, adorable with our baby and we had total confidence leaving her in charge each day. She cooked delicious baby meals which were adored, was brilliant with any health concerns and it was very difficult for us all to say goodbye to her at the end for the week. So thank you for helping us and ten out of ten for Bella.

Joanna was amazing. She arrived promptly on time, was attentive to the children(s) needs engaged them in a range of appropriate activities and was a pleasure to work with.

Jordan was absolutely INCREDIBLE. So much energy, so nice and made such a big effort with Sonny. Sonny loved him and I think he was especially good for a boy but also captivated Olive. He was engaging, inspired and did something different every day but also really sensitive when required. He coordinated really well with us and was a joy to be around.

Emily was fantastic with the twins and kept them happy and well entertained. Once they got to know her they were thrilled to see her every day. She was imaginative and came with an age appropriate bag of fun for the twins to explore. She was safe and confident taking them on exciting outdoor adventures and keeping them fed and napped. We would definitely use Merinannies and choose her again!

Cloe was an absolute champion. Very chilled, Sienna loved her. Keep her on the roster if you can!

Cherie was wonderful. Definitely met expectations, I felt very comfortable leaving my 15 week baby with her. She was very proactive and very good communicator. Thanks so much for setting me up with her!

We are very satisfied with Melanie. She is very caring with our toddlers, and very good at planning their days and interacting with them. We found her very easy to communicate with.

Our Merinanny was super! Thank you so much. What really made the difference was how confident she was at handling what was going on around her – it’s hard to leave your baby in new surroundings with someone new but Charlotte totally put me at ease and fitted in seamlessly. Her communication was great throughout the day which reassured me that everything was going well. She was calm and innovative- when my little one was finding it hard to nap in the cot she changed to the pram to ensure she didn’t miss her nap which was so helpful. I would not hesitate to have Charlotte help us again or recommend her to others.

Charlotte just knows what to do, doesn’t ask too many questions and just seems to run with things. She’s kind, attentive, on time, resourceful, and knows the area so well, so they’ve been doing something new every day. They went to the swimming pool today, which is honestly something I personally don’t feel up for doing as it can be too much hassle. So impressed with her and the service provided by Merinannies.

We were very happy with Charlie, she is kind, caring, proactive and full of ideas. They drew, read, played hide-and-seek, swam in the pool, baked pancakes, etc. My son was very disappointed we were leaving and Charlie was not going with us.

The service from Merinannies is always great. We have used the service 4-5 times, and we’ve always had a competent, attentive, efficient and caring nanny. Even when we’ve run into issues (covid, missed flights, shifting of reserved days), the agency always works with us to find a solution. We would recommend Merinannies, and we intend to book with them again next winter, and potentially other locations (and times of year) where they provide services.

Christina was an excellent nanny. The kids were immediately comfortable with her, and she was able to manage the kids and provide each kid with the attention/help that each one required. Whether out to lunch, playing outside, or just hanging out in the room, Christina made sure the kids were well taken care of. My wife and I were able to enjoy evenings out to dinner without worrying whether the kids would get tired at the restaurant, and knowing that they were in good hands. We highly recommend her.

Anna did a brilliant job looking after Ottilie. We felt at ease with her from day one and very happy to leave Ottilie behind with her. If we come to Meribel again we would ask for her. She was friendly to us, gentle with Ottilie and made her food as requested. She was kind enough to send cute pictures through to us too. We genuinely could not have asked for a better person to care for our daughter. She was a kind and caring individual who always arrived on time. Anna really helped make our holiday special and relaxing; because we knew Ottilie was in safe and capable hands.

Bronwen was absolutely perfect and we give her top rating in all areas. Our little guy misses her.

Natali was fabulous. She arrived with a smile and I instantly felt at ease with her. My daughter was upset as we were leaving but Natali calmed her and sent pictures to show all was ok. I know my daughter had a fabulous time with her and did things she would not have done with us – through Natali we discovered new places to visit next time. She gave a good debrief at the end of each session. I will be contacting you again soon to book for our next holiday. We were very happy to leave our children with Olive. She is lovely and good fun and both our children enjoyed spending time with her and we enjoyed having her as part of our family when we all ate lunch together. She’s a great nanny and did a wonderful job. Olive is an excellent timekeeper and was great at arranging fun activities for our kids that they wanted to do.

Bronwen was very professional and friendly and my son Louis warmed to her straight away. I felt comfortable leaving him with her. She brought toys to entertain him. She was very punctual. The team were very helpful and responsive and I was happy with the communication.

Clare was superb with all the children and we felt extremely happy to leave her at home or let her take our baby off wherever she thought was best in town. She was a natural teacher, very kind and clearly loves children. She was even keen to bring the baby along and increase his own self feeding. It was obvious she had had been very verbal with our 18 month old as he was very stimulated and eager to talk to us more after her care which proved her abilities.
I was thrilled to find Clara brought her own bag of toys. She was extremely helpful and flexible. Merinannies were very good at an immediate response to my request and clear in communications and we will definitely use them again.

I just wanted to let you know that Lara was the most incredible nanny to the 5 kids on holiday. She has a wonderful way about her and I would highly recommend her for other families.

Charlotte was an absolute delight – from our initial contact via Whatsapp she asked the right questions about the baby’s routine, knew what to expect on the first day and we felt very comfortable leaving Clara with Charlotte. From the moment Charlotte said hello to Clara is was evident she was very experienced with kids and Clara was taken with Charlotte. Charlotte did not hesitate to take Clara outside to play, she helped keep her nap and lunch schedule and played with her in our rental apartment. We always came back to a happy baby.

I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know how pleased we were with Geraldine. She was absolutely brilliant with our daughter and she was very kind, caring and professional.We hope to return to the Three Valleys next winter season so hopefully we will be able to use your service again.

Both nannies from Meri Nannies were fantastic. They contacted us ahead of time, and were good about letting us know what they were up to with the kids. We were very happy with Julia, she was very kind and excellent with Jamie. She took him out on walks and he always seemed very happy when we got back at the end of the day. He’s usually a bit unsure about people he doesn’t know but he really liked her right away 🙂 I had zero worries leaving him with her. She was always on time and reliable. She did a great job and we were very happy that we could enjoy our skiing knowing Jamie was in good hands 🙂 Thank you and hopefully we use your services again in the future.

Erika was sweet, reliable and wonderful with our children. She engaged with our 2 year old right away, doing craft, building lego and taking her to play in the snow. We also felt very confident in her care of our 4 month old baby. We had not left him with a nanny before and Erika was confident playing with him, putting him down for naps, and getting him rugged up for time outside. We were also very impressed with how Erika managed both children together. Nothing fazed her and she adapted easily to fit into our busy days. We highly recommended her to any family.

I just wanted to say thank you for arranging Richard as our Nanny for our trip to St Anton. He was fantastic and we really could not have asked for a better person to look after our boys. They truly loved him and it really did make our holiday knowing that the boys were being well looked after and having so much fun. We really could not praise him enough.
