In the enchanting winter wonderland of Lech, children can channel their inner Elsa by building snowmen, snow castles, enjoy magical horse-drawn sleigh rides and glide on natural ice-skating rinks. Children can also pet the horses and feed them apples. Our nannies can take them tobogganing; a super fun experience and a great way to bond with new friends, as well as sledging, with options like the speedy and stable minibob sledge.

The Sports Park Lech located in the centre of the resort offers bowling and a recreation room with table tennis and billiards, along with a wellness area and a sports lounge café where delicious hot chocolates are served. These activities are great plan B options when the weather is a too cold for playing outdoors.

Our nannies like to take the children exploring through the village to see the beautiful winter landscapes. Snowshoeing is another magical adventure where the little ones can follow the tracks of foxes, deer, or birds through snowy forests. Some accommodations feature indoor swimming pools, and the local event calendar showcases family-friendly winter festivals. Children can also discover the region’s history and culture with our nannies by taking them to local museums and warming up with hot chocolate breaks. On the mountain or in the valley, your children can also experience the spectacular events hosted by the Lech Zurs am Arlberg region such as the ski race ‘Der Weisse Ring’, or the ‘Tanzcafe Arlberg’ music festival.

Our experienced ski nannies care for babies from 4 weeks, toddlers, and children of all ages across chalets, hotels, and private apartments. All nannies are fully vetted, DBS-checked, and experienced in ski resort environments.

We offer flexible, professional childcare tailored to your ski holiday schedule:

• Full-time nanny — 8 or more consecutive hours between 08:00–19:00
• Part-time nanny — minimum 4 consecutive hours per day, 5–6 days per week, with flexible options available
• Flexible hourly packages — 30, 36, or 40 hours per week, with weekly offers subject to availability on non-peak weeks
• Evening babysitting — from 19:00 onwards, minimum 3 hours
• Night nanny — full overnight cover from 19:00 to 07:00
• Travel nanny — accompanying your family to and from the resort
• Seasonal childcare — longer stays and full-season placements in Lech
