Thank you! As always all was perfect. H was very positive, calm and comforting to David. It was important as he was teething, but even during this vulnerable period, she found ways to make him feel good. 

A was fantastic, we really appreciated her help while in Chamonix! She was on time every day arriving with a smile. She had great energy and our11 month old baby Jamie really warmed to her. We felt he was in good hands with her naturally kind demeanor and her qualifications in OT and first aid. It was very interesting to learn about the sensory work she has done previously to help kids, giving them confidence to overcome challenges. We would highly recommend A- she took great care of our baby, with naps, nappies, feeding bottles and snacks, plenty of safe play and keeping the regular routine. We absolutely loved having M as a nanny for our two daughters. She was trustworthy, prompt to arrive (in fact, early), kind and patient with our children, very honest to us when our daughter was difficult one day which we so appreciated as meant we could address it. I wanted to reach out and tell you that G was excellent with the children.  We have had many traveling nannies, some even from Norland but G has been by far the best.  My son even cried when she left today.  Thank you very much for arranging this.

M was absolutely excellent and looked after the two 3 year olds on our ski trip to La Clusaz so well. She arrived promptly every morning and had a lovely gentle way with our son Harry.  She entertained him so well and took him on the “bubble ride” which he absolutely loved, plus playing buckets & spades in the snow. The holiday was lovely and we wouldn’t hesitate to use J again and to recommend Merinannies.

G is great! The kids like her and she is very friendly. Only good things we can tell about her. 🙂

I just wanted to drop you a line to say that our nanny R was absolutely fantastic this week – she was so wonderful with our girls and had endless energy to play with them. It gave me enormous peace of mind to know that I could ski with my husband and that our girls were in such good hands. It was also apparent that the girls had an amazing time, so thank you and please pass on our thanks to R again!

M was amazing, she met the needs of Eleanor at every opportunity and was fantastic all week long. She has the most amount of patience and care, and Eleanor had no problems staying with her without me around. We couldn’t fault her and are so pleased she was available to be our nanny for the week. 

We had a great trip, C was amazing, excellent in every way. Would definitely recommend and use again!

M and G were both fantastic. They were so supportive and lovely to work with. The kids loved them and were sorry to say good bye. M and G really made our whole holiday better with their warmth and support.

We had a wonderful experience with our nanny thank you – she made every effort to give our youngest a wonderful week in the alps and get her out enjoying the snow even if Rosie wasn’t ready to ski herself yet. J was incredibly flexible and helpful which really made our week a lot easier, and most of all Rosie herself was happy to see J each morning and we had no difficulties leaving her each day which I think speaks the most volumes! 

We’re overall very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Merinannies to others visiting the alps/St Anton.

We had a wonderful experience with L. She was kind, accommodating, and creative with the kids. She did little crafts with them during the day, keeping them occupied and happy after ski school until dinner time . We had to shift our “date night” by a day, and she was so flexible and easy-going about it. We highly recommend her to other families. 

M was an exceptional nanny who made our half term break in the mountains even better. Her proactive approach ensured the kids were always engaged and entertained. Having her around was a joy, and we wish we could take her with us to London! She spent hours taking my little one sledding and building snowmen, and when indoors, they would make origami and creating beautiful art together.

We had a fantastic experience with G. Hazel loved spending time with her and her experience meant it was easy for us to leave Hazel with her without any worries.

We would definitely use your service again if we are ever in the vicinity.

I would just like to say how pleased we were with both R and K who looked after our children last week. 

Bobby (who’s only 19 months) took to R straight away and he was always happy to see her each morning. I had regular updates from R throughout the day which was reassuring for me & she kept him entertained playing in the chalet and taking him out in the snow. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I would highly recommend her. 

We were also really pleased with K who looked after the older girls. K was also very obliging and did lots of lovely activities with the girls such as baking, painting, sledging etc. The girls loved seeing her each day. 

It was lovely to get to know both of them and we would highly recommend them both.

J has been really fantastic this week, she’s extremely capable, accommodating and the kids loved her. She communicated really well throughout the day. She planned well and had lots of activities for the kids, adjusting them according to their likes/dislikes and was always upbeat and friendly. We would absolutely request her again if we were back again.

Just a quick note to say that we had a great experience with K this week. She was very responsible, proactive, and quickly built a great rapport with our girls.

I want to mention that we were very happy with N and that she was a great nanny. Our son loved her and she was great with him during the day. She is a very lovely and trustworthy nanny and would like to recommend her for future jobs. She is also very courteous and was always on time for each session.

E surpassed our expectations again – she is just brilliant with children and it meant we could fully enjoy our holiday know they were in safe and fun hands. We are so grateful to her for all she did.

K was the most wonderful nanny. She adored our 3 boys and they adored her. Very highly trained and the most important aspect she had common sense and awareness of all 3 kids.

Merinannies were great, they helped sort out a nanny for our three young daughters. They were professional and responded promptly even though it was a late request during the busy Easter Holidays. Brits, the nanny that helped us for a week picked the girls up from their various ski schools and took them for lunch or back to the chalet so we could get a few more hours of skiing in the afternoon. We couldn’t be happier with Brits and the service provided by Merinannies.

Annie was fantastic, she was brilliant with the children, always arrived on time, and was good at keeping them entertained! We would definitely use her again.

Isabella was amazing, the girls absolutely loved her and had an amazing afternoon, we couldn’t have asked for more. We would love to use your agency again, as we return to Meribel next April.

We were more than satisfied with Grace, thank you. The children both really enjoyed their time with her and she looked after Freddie as well as Ella (who we had hoped would spend some more time skiing but didn’t in the end) for the majority of our week, coming up with creative ways to keep them entertained and their days varied. She made everything very easy for us and knew the kids were in great hands. Ella even chose to stay in the chalet with Grace on two days, rather than coming out for lunch with me and my husband – quite telling of how happy she was!

Brits was wonderful- she was so friendly, very professional & had a really lovely way with our daughter. She was super helpful in keeping to Dora’s routines; it was such a relief to feel comfortable in leaving Dora in Brit’s care whilst we went out in the mountains during the mornings. We are very grateful- a big thank you for a lovely week.

We were really happy with Julieta. It was the first time we had left our baby with a stranger and it was understandably a little scary especially with a language barrier but Julieta looked after him so well we had no worries and could tell how much she cared for him even after the first day- we booked more sessions as we felt so comfortable and was able to enjoy all aspects of our holiday thanks to her. Baby was happy and content after each visit- thank you!

Charlotte was a great & responsible nanny, she arrived prepared with activities and seemed very confident with the task of taking care of my 3 boys under 7 years for a full day. She kept in contact regularly with photos which I love and the kids had a good time.

I would recommend Oli to anybody. She was lovely. She knew where the best place to sledge with the children. Suggest the arcades which my kids loved. She was prompt, considerate and tidy. Great nanny. Thank you Merinannies.

I just want to say thank you to Ems our nanny from last week in Meribel. She was excellent with our little girl and made us feel so at ease.

Sophie is a super professional and we were very happy to have her. Our son was calm and happy with Sophie and never cried. I was confident to leave the baby with her from the first moment, nevertheless this was our baby’s first nanny since birth.

Jess was great, super high energy and immediately engaging with kids at the right level. They loved her from the get-go and we had zero issue leaving even our youngest with her early on (ie nobody crying when we exited the room). She was well-organised, always on time, taking kids wherever they needed to be, thinking about activities for them even if it meant more work for her (eg taking them to trampoline park, sledding, etc).the winter service to us had a much more complex logistics element to it and Jess rose up to the challenge.

We loved Bella, she was wonderful with Aidan and he loved being with her. She did lots of lovely things with him and kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout the day which we really enjoyed and appreciated receiving. Having Bella with us made everything more enjoyable and we knew Aidan was in great hands. Thank you again for bringing us Bella, your company provides a great service 😊

I wanted to drop you a message regarding our fabulous experience with G. Not only our son loved her, we all did. She was the absolute best, always with an amazing attitude. She was so kind and nice with him!! He usually has a hard time eating and G with her magic tricks helped us to make him eat like a wolf haha.
