My name is Kortni I am from Toronto, Canada. I have experience volunteering with children for a girls after school program for all ages at the Nelson youth center, along with volunteering with young special needs children and adults. I also have experience with children aged 1-12 years babysitting for neighbours, friends, and family's children as well. My favourite activities to do with children are playing fun games, reading books, having fun dance parties, and exploring nature. I find working with children a very rewarding job. Knowing that every child is different, I find it a great way to challenge myself and focus on how each child is unique, and learn how to adapt to each one's needs and learning styles.
