My name is Ronja, a 23 year old childcare professional with experience in a variety of private and educational settings. I currently work as a Cover Teacher and Learning Support Assistant, supporting students with a wide range of learning needs and personalities. This role has strengthened my communication, organisation, and adaptability, helping me manage routines, behaviour, and individual support calmly and effectively.
Alongside my teaching work, I have several years of babysitting and nannying experience, caring for children of different ages and personalities while maintaining a balance of structure, creativity, and fun.
I am a kind, nurturing, and adaptable professional who is passionate about creating safe, happy, and engaging environments where children can thrive. I value building genuine, trusting relationships with both children and parents, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and understood — and that parents feel confident knowing their children are in caring, capable hands.
I always put children’s safety, wellbeing, and happiness first. I have completed training in Health and Safety, and Medical Awareness, giving me confidence to handle situations responsibly and with care. My work environment consider me as a well organised and respected professional with an open mind and good communication skills, ensuring smooth routines and open communication with parents.
I love sharing my enthusiasm for both outdoor adventures and creative indoor activities — whether exploring nature, baking, crafting, or playing games, I aim to make each day both enjoyable and enriching. My approach is always flexible, compassionate, and child-focused, adapting to each child’s unique needs and interests. Ultimately, my goal as a nanny is to create a warm, supportive environment where children can feel secure, grow in confidence, and have fun, while giving parents peace of mind that their children are happy and safe.
