We were very pleased with Anna. She arrived early everyday. Communication was super easy and she took onboard all the information we provided regarding our daughter. She made every effort to adapt the morning activities to align with my daughters nap time, and made sure she had lunch early enough so they could make it back for a nap at 12pm.She was so friendly and had a really calm energy which I think helped our daughter feel comfortable immediately. This was the first time a nanny has looked after our daughter and it really set the standard! When my daughter woke up from her naps after Anna had left, she was always sad and asking for Anna.
